Functional Description
The 3500/32 is a 4-channel relay module manufactured by Bently Nevada as part of the 3500 series for machinery condition monitoring . The 4-channel relay module has four relay outputs and is a full height module. Any number of 4-channel relay modules can be installed in any of the slots on the right side of the Rack Interface Module. The outputs of each 4-channel relay module can be individually programmed to perform the desired polling logic. “Alarm Drive Logic” is contained in each relay on the 4-channel Relay Module. The Alarm Drive Logic is programmed using AND and OR logic and can use any combination of alarm inputs (Alarm and Hazard) from any monitor channel or monitor channels in the rack.3500 Rack Configuration Software is used to program the Alarm Drive Logic to meet the specific requirements of the application.
