Description

The Bently Nevada 3500/62 Process Variable Monitor is a powerful six-channel monitoring device designed to monitor critical parameters that need to be continuously monitored on machinery, such as pressure, flow, temperature, and level. This monitor has a wide range of input compatibility, accepting current inputs from +4 to +20mA and voltage proportional value inputs in the range of -10 to +10Vdc. It is capable of processing these signals and comparing them with user-programmable alarm values for real-time monitoring and early warning of critical parameters.

The 3500/62 Process Variable Monitor offers I/O modules in three signal input formats including +/- 10 volt DC, insulated 4-20mA and 4-20mA with intrinsically safe Zener barriers. The design of these modules allows the monitor to be adapted to different application scenarios and ensures signal accuracy and stability.
In terms of safety, the internal safety grid I/O has external power input terminals to provide intrinsically safe power to the 4-20mA sensors. This design allows the monitor to maintain a high level of safety and reliability even in harsh industrial environments.
