The IGCT GVC703AE01 3BHL00386P0101 module is optimized for medium frequency (less than 1kHz) and wide temperature range. It has a simple control interface with status feedback and can operate with either AC or DC supply voltage. They are the only high power semiconductors to be supplied already integrated into their gate units. This means the user only needs to connect the device to a 28 – 40 V power supply and an optical fiber for on/off control.
