Main features
DIGITAL INPUTS AND OUTPUTS: The F3 DIO 8/8 01 controller is equipped with 8 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs. Each output is equipped with a separate LED indicating its status (high or low). The outputs are capable of handling different current loads depending on the ambient temperature, with outputs 1-3 and 5-7 capable of handling 0.5 A, and outputs 4 and 8 capable of handling 1 A or 2 A5 at temperatures up to 50 °C. The outputs are designed to be used with a wide range of current loads.
Safety Compliance: The controller is designed for use in Zone 2 environments, i.e. areas where potentially explosive atmospheres may exist under normal operating conditions. It must be mounted in an enclosure that meets the requirements of EN 60079-15 and has a protection type of at least IP54 according to EN 60529. The enclosure must be able to safely dissipate the heat generated while reducing power consumption. The HIMatrix F3 DIO 8/8 01 ranges from 9 W to 27 W. In addition, the controller should use a 10 A delay time.
